This is an odd issue to say the least, not sure what I did to cause this. The client uses multiple versions of word templates that are assigned to different Customer ID's so that they can print customer-specific packing slips with the customer's logo and verbiage. This has worked flawlessly in the past. Recently, I created a new template for a new customer based off an existing template. I simply modified the logo and verbiage and imported to GP and assigned to the new customer. If I print a packing slip for an order for the new customer, it works perfectly.
The issue arises when you print multiple documents for the customer at once. It happens whether you print from the batch window, or you use the "Print Sales Documents" window and enter a range of documents. I can print document A, and I can print document B, but if I try to print the range of Document A-B, I get the following errors.
You can click OK and YES and get past the errors and the template will open just fine, but I'm wondering why these errors are showing up at all and how to fix them. It baffles me that it works fine when printing single, but errors when printing multiple. There is nothing different about the template when printing multiple, it's not like when you do a reprint and the "reprint" text shows up at the top compared to one that hasn't been previously printed, so I'm not sure why printing single or multiple would be any different. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Client is using GP 2015, and again has no issue printing multiple documents at once for any of the other customers they have set up to use word templates for packing slip. All other templates work fine, just the new one is the issue.
Thank you,
Tanner
