
Our business requires a packing slip for items shipped and we are unable to print from the posted sales shipment

Thanks for the question. This issue (210711) is slated to be fixed in an upcoming update to Dynamics 365 for Financials.
You will want to try to remember to use the Post & Send option, which will allow you to print the Sales Shipment as a part of the posting process. If you miss getting the printout at that time, then you can print them one-by-one from the Report Layout Selection page. Highlight the shipment report that you wish to print (likely ID 208 or 10077) and click Run Report from the ribbon. You will need to supply the Sales Shipment No.
