Cannot open workflow editor

Hello everybody,
 
I cannot open the workflow editor on edge or chrome.
When I click on any workflow id in All workflow configurations form, I get this message : 
 
 
When I click on "open", the popup just keeps on coming back and after a few clicks, it just disappears and nothing opens.
 
What could be the problem ?

    Hi,
    I have used Edge browser and basically once you click on "Open" you will get following application "Run":


    Please try in private/incognito mode and follow the provide link by Abhinay if you use chrome.

    It's probably not a browser issue, as mentioned by Abhinay, check the event viewer for clues.
