purchased a license for Dynamics RMS and I received the email from voice@Microsoft with the links for customersource. I clicked on the link to associate my account to my live account and it stated that it had been associated. When I try to login to customersource it tells me that I have to associate the account to a live account. I tried using the link in the email to associate it to my live account, but it states that it is already associated to a live account and to try and login to the Microsoft Extranet. I'm assuming that maybe someone else had logged into their live account on my laptop and it is associated to the wrong account. How do I fix this so I can install my POS software and patches?
