Sales Journal 4069000 not posting

We recently discovered an open sales journal from November 2016 which has not posted to the customer's account activity in AR. We use OM to process all of our orders.

Does anyone know of a way to find open sales journals? Currently,  the only way we have discovered un-posted sales journals is when we receive a payment for an invoice that doesn't exsist within the customers activity. Also, I am having an issue posting this particular sales journal... anyone know why it may not be posting?

Look for an AR and IN batches from Sales Journals that have a "V" (Voided) status in your database.  You can do this by running Batch Register reports for each module, where the Batch.Crtd_Prog = 40690, and Batch.Status = "V".

If a Sales Journal process gets aborted before it is fully completed, those batches get set with a Voided status.  If you locate any, you can update the Batch.Status field to "B" (Balanced) in SQL, then release the batches from the Release Batches screen from each module.
