Hello Everyone, I would like to know if some limitations experienced on the Interactive Dashboard in the Unified Interface is possible to have.
- Is it possible to have the sort order from My Active Cases to be set on "Next Escalation Date" by default instead of “Updated Date”.
- I will also like to know if some additional fields could be included as part of the Next Escalation Date Records.
- Is it also possible to have Additional fields in the Other Queues and Views on right side-> My tasks could always be sorted on Next Escalation Date.
- Also, if Default view could be All Time open Active cases.
