So, the topic says all.

We have a IFD Crm 2011 running partner-hosted and now we want to move CRM 2013 Online.

What is the best way to do that and are there any manuals about this?

    Hello,

We can export the data from CRM 2011 deployment and import it in CRM 2013 org

We can also try the below tools for migrating data between 2 different organizations :

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Data Migration Manager :    www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Instance Adapter :  community.dynamics.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-2011-instance-adapter-part-1-downloads.aspx

    Thank You.

You can use a tool like Scribe, SmartConnect, CozyRoc or KingswaySoft to accomplish this. Scribe for example has a 60 day migration license for $1500 that will do a ton of this work for you and make your life very easy. Especially from MS CRM to MS CRM. You will still need to build out your customizations (import the solution or customize one-off) but that's about it. Scribe can help you do the rest very easily.

this page gives a good idea of what you need to do

    yellowduckguy.wordpress.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-upgrade-from-crm-2011-to-crm-2013

you can either do it using a paid for 3rd party app like Scribe

or do it yourself doing advanced finds and exporting the data

It's also worth looking at Synchronicity Echo - they do a managed service that will run multiple migrations to ensure you have a complete data copy and very reasonably priced:

    Hope this helps,

    Scott
