You need to take the backup from old PC. Open your Store operation Administrator on the new pc and connect it with the master database .

Then go to Database > Create > Next> and then give the Name of the new database > then select the backup file which you took from the last PC. and then click finish. it will create your new database on new register and all the seeting and qty are same.

just configure the new database in the Store operation Administrator > file > configuration> and change the database name from master to new database name and click Test database. After successfull connection open store operation and confirm the Store quantities.

    Use your second register.

    Thanks

    Hi HOUSEOFJ.

Try to answer some of this next questions:

First of all, do you have any access to the old PC/hard drive?? Can you try to connect to the RMS database from the secondary pos machine (by using RMS SO Administrator) and do a backup? Any recent backup of the database?? Can You recover at least the databasefiles??

    Kind regards, A.
