User does "not have enough privileges" but when I log in as them, I see the records.

I'm a system admin and I have a user who gets the "you do not have enough privileges" message when they are looking at one particular view on a dashboard, but that isn't the weird part. It's weird because I opened up an incognito window and logged in as them and I was able to see that view on the dashboard. Any ideas on what is causing this and/or have a solution?

    If this worked for you on incognito, please ask end user to clear cache & try again.

    CRM Online works heavily on cache.

    To be double sure you can try clearing your cache first & check again.

    I had the user clear their cache and this worked.
