Is there a report that would give me all vendors paid to date along with their tax id numbers?

Sharon, If you just want vendors that are set up as 1099 vendors then the 1099 Preview report would work.
thanks for your response but no we are needing all vendors paid in 2017 that list the tins-We are trying to make sure we have tin numbers for all of our vendors.
Sharon, I would suggest, for this purpose, using the vendor history report with the following items on the select tab:
aphist.ytdpaymt greater than 0
aphist.fiscyr equal 2017
vendor.vend1099 equal 1
vendor.TIN equal (leave value field blank)
Of course, this only works if the vendor is flagged as a 1099 vendor in the first place.

Sharon, I think you misunderstood what my suggestion was supposed to do. That combination of filters was to show any vendor with payment activity that is flagged as a 1099 vendor but does not have a TIN entered. That report does not show the TIN entered for the vendor. My understanding was you were trying to find 1099 vendors for had payments but they did not have a TIN entered. If you were trying to check to see if the vendors flagged as 1099 vendors had the correct TIN entered then this report will not do that since it does not show the TIN number of the vendor. The 1099 preview report will show such vendors and their TIN.
