CRM Data not visible on Portal

Hello,

I am trying to achieve a scenario where i have to show a view on portal navigation.

I have created an Entity List, Entity Form and Entity permission records for the required entity.

In the View the data is visible in CRM but not on Portal. Unable to diagnose the issue for the same.

Can anyone please suggest what i could be missing.

Thanks.

Is there a message on the view in the portal?  Or just the light-brownish color saying there arent any records?  Have you tried clearing the portal cache?

Can you share the security setup?

A notification bar saying No records to display.

I am using Alert Subscription entity, have created Entity Permission with Global Scope and have given the rights for Read, Write, Delete, Append and Append to.

Also have added to web role against the same.

Sounds like its setup the right way, must be some setting missing.

Are any related records/lookups on the view that might need another entity permission?

On the Entity List record do you have the entity permissions enabled box checked (doubt this is the issue)?

If you click on of the headers in the view, to sort the data, does anything show up? (cache issue)

    Hello, Akansha

Try To Clear the cache. May be that can be helpful for you.

    Thanks
