Custom XML Word Report Layout - incomplet fields

In the XML element


urn:microsoft-dynamics-nav/reports/Standard_Sales_Credit_Memo/1307

the fields "SelltoCustomerName" and "BilltoCustomerName" are missing, preventing the customer name from appearing, which is a serious problem.

    When fields are missing to the dataset of a report, you need to develop, or ask a developer to develop, either a report extension to add the fields, or a clone of the report.

    Here's an example:

    If any field is not available to be added in the layout then you need to customise the report with report extension

    These are two basic fields, I'm not asking for the impossible. It is unbelievable that BC does not incorporate them as standard in the report, for God's sake.
