    Hi Ruth,

May I ask why you are attempting to circumvent your partner? I often open support requests directly for my company but always keep my partner cc'ed on correspondence in case they have more insight into our situation due to a better grasp of our environment.

From my limited experience I would guess it is a billing issue. If you believe your partner is billing you unfairly it is time to talk to them and/or look for a new partner.

    Regards,

    Kirk

    Hi Ruth!

Unfortunately I do not have the terms and conditions or the rates. The Sales team would have that information, they can be reached at 1-800-456-0025.

    Hi Ruth!

As Kirk mentioned business are able to create support incidents with us here in Microsoft if they do not want to go through their partner. They can log into their customer source account and create the support incident, or they can call in (1-800-456-0025) and create the support incident that way.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Ruth.

Absolutely. Log on to customer source and log a support incident.
