how to flow Custom data from gen jnl line to fa ledger entry in business central

I have created a field on gn. jn. Line and do depreciation posting then how can i transfer data from this custom field to Fa Ledger Entries? I am not able to find Any event Subscriber.

Hi You can use below event for that purpose

codeunit 5632 "FA Jnl.-Post Line" OnBeforePostFixedAssetFromGenJnlLine(var GenJournalLine: Record "Gen. Journal Line"; var FALedgerEntry: Record "FA Ledger Entry"; FAAmount: Decimal; VATAmount: Decimal; GLRegisterNo: Integer)

Hello,

Both experts pointed out the right event.

However, if you are posting from Fixed Asset Journal page instead of Fixed Asset G/L Journal page then you will need to use a different event.
