Cannot delete the batch job due to active integration activity

Hi,
I have copied (duplicated) multiple batch jobs to change the /created by/ user. When I try to delete the old batch job, I get the following error: /Cannot delete the batch job due to active integration activity. Delete the dependent activity first to proceed/

Where do I find the /active integration activity/, and how do I proceed?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Gaute,

Can you tell which exact job is used here? Is it a standard class or a customization? It can come from the standard in case you have a recurring export scheduled for e.g. BYOD or export to Data Lake and this is still active. In that case, you should disable the recurring integration first.

The batch job was put to "withhold" months ago, as we made a copy of it that has been running ever since. I now want to delete the old batch job, but it is not possible. How do I proceed?

If you are unable to delete a batch job in D365 Finance and Operations due to active integration activity, you may need to wait until the integration activity is completed or paused before attempting to delete the batch job again

    Hi Gaute,

As mentioned in my previous reply, check the recurring integrations. Put them on hold and try again. Then re-enable the integrations. The error is not coming from the batch validation itself.
If this is not working, then there might be a customization using a similar label as used in the standard for these recurring entity export settings.
