What table/field does GP look at durning the Paid Transaction Removal process?

I have several invoices in history that had no $'s applied to them, yet amount remaining was $0

Anyway to bring them back to open, check their apply values in table, and update their amount remaining to apply payments?

    RE: Remove Completed Documents

    Hi Andrea

One item I always add to the checklist for before you run the Paid transaction Removal routine is to run a Reconcile Outstanding Document Amounts so that the problem you ran into doesn't happen again.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

    RE: Remove Completed Documents

    Hi Andrea

The paid transaction removal process looks at the RM20101 table and the CURTRXAM field.

When the amount in the CURTRXAM = 0.00 then the document can be moved to the RM30101 table (along with the information in the apply to table and distribution table).

If you need to 'bring' the document back, I would suggest that you install the PSTL tool.

There is a utility in there called RM Transaction Unapply that can bring documents back to the open table.
