Hi Everyone.

After viewing the Job Statistics window for a certain job i realized that the Budget, Billable and Invoice amounts under the item in the Job Statistics window shows as a minus value.

Please assist me on this why does it show as a minus value.

Hi,

Last four firlds are profit ines.

Profit formula = Price - Cost

You can see that you have not post/put any price for Invoiced, budget and billable fot items (See top four lines) so you are getting profit =0 - 18 = -18. Similarly you have 21 as prove for usage so you are getting 3 profit.
