Hello there!

I'm working in export/importings attachments, yesterdays I was able to export/import it for Contacts, but todays I looked it to Accounts and see that they has 4.694 files (Contacts was 28 files... so I donwload them one by one).

There is a way to export all documents without a scripts? It's because the "Administrador" of the old versions is in vacations jejejeje.

It's possible, can you tell me step a step? Thanks You!

    Hello,

Try downloading the free XrmToolBox from https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/ - this is a great multi tool for all things Dynamics CRM, both old and new versions.

One of the plugins available in the XrmToolBox  store is the 'Bulk Attachment Manager' which allows you to download all (or a selection of) the attachments in bulk.

This tool is free and doesn't require any other software (no Visual Studio or any type of development tools), only an up-to-date .NET Framework

    Hi,

when you log in to your crm, the crm system will ask you to enter the domain + username

    example

    Domainname\crmdummy

    enter the Domainname into domain
