i am using a background workflow to get a value from field in another entity after waiting for a yes value in a third entity. however it is reaching the wait condition and kept loading does no sense ??
anybody could help with?? thanks
when i run instead of error mark x i got the sign of loading and does no sense

Based on the current step in the screenshot, it looks like the record that's no longer in CRM is the 'Numbering Configuration' record, though it may be the 'New Connection Application' record
As per the error message, the record is not in the system any more.
Can you check if the record which triggered the workflow is still there?
