Are the comments from the approval workflow gone after completing the workflow?

Hi all,

I have a question about the approval workflow for invoices. In the /Requests to Approve/ field, you can choose to approve, reject, or delegate. Additionally, you can add a comment for the approval request.

In the /Approval Entries/ field, you can find comments for workflows that are not yet completed.

My question is, when an approval workflow is completed, where can I find the comments on the approval workflow? Or are these comments gone?

You can check the comments directly in your Purchase Order or in Approval Entries.

Purchase Order: Click Order > Approvals: --

It will open a new window with the approval entries for the PO and here you can check and add comments (by clicking in the button or in “Yes” in Comment column): -- --

Approval Entries: here you can check all documents with approval workflow and the comments. --

Comments from the approval process may disappear or be archived depending on the configuration of that system. that's not my neighbor

Actually these are all based on the program settings. It will definitely not disappear and you can find it in the recycle bin data. It is recommended to transfer the information before running the reboot to keep the important information. pizza tower
