Logical Error: Multi Values Showing in Parameter

I had added 3 tables in Datasource and I'm now accessing field of 3rd table in parameter but my parameter is showing multiple values. Can anybody please tell why is this so?

    This is a duplicate thread, please continue in the original, where it was explained that you are getting multiple results due to how you use joins in a relational database.
