custom Deployable package preparing error on lcs

Dear all,

Right now, I am facing one issue: I have applied the latest update 28 on my sandbox before applying my custom deployable package. But the issue is when I try to prepare my custom package over the LCS, it fails and shows the below error.

For the resolution, I tried the below items but still, it does not work

I check the SF logs in ORC VM and found the below errors which are not that useful I believe
Secondly, it is mentioned in the D365 community to retry multiple times and it will work however it does not.
Thirdly I tried my custom deployable package and deployed it on my local dev VM with the same version and it was successful on the dev VM
Fourthly I DISABLED the FireEye endpoint agent service forcefully stopped but still the same error ( Note: I was not able to uninstall as of now)

Could please share your SF screen and also share the AOS log(around the time the package failed).

Confirm that you also have strong internet connection. I have had such issue and ended up being internet unable to download package from LCS which made preparing fail.

Hi Komi,

Thanks for your reply,

1. Please check the below SF screenshot ,

2. I checked on AOS there is no log

3. I checked internet connection is ok because I applied Update52 before my custom package that update was around 5 GB and successfully applied

You might have to keep on retrying.

I figured you are still on the preparing stage, else I would have recommended you check your file server to confirm there are enough space.

You can raise a support ticket to MS.

Hi Komi,

Unfortunately no , and I am unable to create MS support ticket, on my user there is no support plan, Please check the below the screenshot.

The client , owner of this project would have an active subscription to raise a support ticket.

You can work with the user to do so.

Hi Komi,

preparation error resolved, but now deployment error is coming , I checked the log files , in log there is no specific errors

I doubt LCS would give you more details, you should check the SF event viewer.
