Campaign Entity as a Regarding Object in Email with Template is not Working

I have Created an Email and used a Campaign entity as my Regarding Object. However when Inserting a Global Template to the Email it doesn't populate the contents of the email. This behavior I noticed is only for Campaign entity.

Why is that so? Are Campaign Entities not supporting Email Templates?

Hi Partner,

I test in my instance and I found when I chose Campaign or KB Article in regarding field, I will not be able to choose any templates, they are keep loading..

Then I tried another way, I fill in the "To" filed first with user or other entities expect KB, and then insert the template I need, finally fill in the regarding field with Campaign record, this worked well for me.

I'll raise a ticket to Microsoft Support Team and will let you know if there is any information.
