One of the girls was entering in payables transactions and saved an entry, she got a batch table error. We are not able to go into the batch, delete it, or post it. We get batch is busy. No one else is in the batch, I've gotten everyone out of the system, it just seems to be locked up. How can we unlock it or whatever to delete it? Thanks, Sherry

There are KB articles available on CustomerSource for Stuck Batches, Fixed Assets, Manufacturing, Projects, Users and sessions. I keep all those handy, just in case.
