I have a business issues that I would like to see if anyone has solved. This process is currently happening end to end in Power Automate, however this has limitations around reporting and ongoing optimisations.
Background: We send out a welcome email to our customers that includes dynamics variables and requires a PDF attachment that also includes dynamic data and is generated prior to send.
Requirements (in an ideal world):
- Journey is triggered in Customer Insights - Journey by data change on contact table
- Email is sent via journey
- Email includes variable data fields
- Email has a PDF attachment that includes dynamic data fields
Does anyone have a Customer Insights journey that sends an email with a Dynamic PDF attachment?
