Hi, I am new to the world of marketing and have been tasked with trying to work out what data a football club would capture in order to produce some good CRM insight. I guess my question is, if you was to create a CRM report, what insight would you provide?

This talks about "The Spectator Profile of the Finnish National Football Team" but similarly you can have Team & Player statistics over years, etc
