I was just on the line with a client as he went into the user setup screen(Tools->Setup->System->User). When he grabbed the scroll bar and pulled it downward the screen would sit there for 30-45 seconds before the names would refresh. It would only do this for the first time scrolling. After the first time it would scroll normally. If you were to leave the screen and return this issue would repeat. This is GP 2018 R2 (18.00.0672). They only have about 50 users so there are not that many records. Has anyone else experienced this? I tried other scrolling windows and they were all fine.

So far we haven't seen this issue nor could I re-create it.
If they have, or install, Dynamics GP directly on the SQL Server, does the issue remain?
Any third-party products installed?
If run a dexsql.log (which will actually slow things down) is there any other processes from GP being captured in the background?
I'd be curious to see if others have seen this issue...……
