I am trying to troubleshooting an email communication display issue where incoming CRM emails are not visible but but outgoing are. The problem is also not across the board for all users as we have had problems with our US staff for a couple days and then it clears up then we have problems with our Vienna staff. It is also not all staff within the region when the problem is reported again. We know everyone has permissions set correctly as we have verified at a point in time when the emails for out/in were all visible within the account they are associated with. We have not advisory alerts to a problem such as this and running out of means on how to figure out why this is happening. We do have all email accounts setup to have server side sync for all options. Need help with thoughts or suggestions to try to resolve this.
