I'm running BC21 on premise and try to install new version of an extension.
In my test-instance it installs without any problems, but when installing in the production-instance I'm getting this error:
'An unexpected error occured after a database command was cancelled'.
Event viewer shows 'there is already an object named XXX in the database.
I used the Publish-NAVApp, Sync-NAVApp and Install-NAVApp commands.
The error keeps coming back.
