Inventory Status Report should not show Quarantine quantities, Report should show only sold values or received values . Quarantine Order quantity should be excluded in the Report; For example if 10 number of items are received and if 80 number of items are sold , report is showing 20 as received and -90 as sold . Is there any Parameters to achieve this ?

Hello Raghu G S,

What inventory status report do you refer to? (e.g. the inventory by item group aging report, the inventory value report?, etc.)

Have you tried extending the search filters for those reports by using the 1:n, n:1 extensions available?

Hi Ludwig

I am referring to report in AOT under Output Menu Item with name InventStatusInPeriod_CN. I think its a China report i want to refer to this report to get my inventory status for a given period.

If possible can you help me more about search filters with extensions ? as you mentioned above .

Hi Raghu GS,

I see. I assume that you like the report because it separates beginning, received, issued and ending quantities. But why do you need search filters for this report? Your items that are in quarantine should be shifted into a separate warehouse and just by excluding those warehouses you can use the report as it ships. Isn't that right or do I overlook/simplify something here?

I will explain my requirement with the help of below Screen shots

with having no filter on Warehouse . I am getting below report.

on having filter on Warehouse , like in above case i have filtered QWH Warehouse.

the report is as below .

My requirement is ,please consider the report column Issues in the period , the values is coming as -90. in this column , report is considering the quarantine order quantities also , here in this case quarantine ordered quantity is 10. so my expectation is instead of -90 , report should show me -80, (Which should be excluding quarantine ordered quantities.)

Hello Raghu G S,

I can understand your requirement but do not believe that this will work out of the box without modifying the report. That is because this report is based on the InventStatus_CN query that refers to the InventPhysQtySumTmp_CN table. If you take a look on the table relations and how those data are filled through the respective classes you will notice that the separation (exclusion) of quarantine items that you want to have cannot be achieved without modifications. You thus have two choices, use the report as it ships and exclude the quarantine items e.g. through an Excel calculation/reporting or grab a developer who helps you adjusting this report.

Hi Ludwig,

Thank you very much for your kind and quick response.

Fortunately i found another report in the AOT which served my purpose.

In the AOT ,Menu Items -Output,-InventStatusInPeriodByType_CN.

Screen shot of the report is as below.

Quarantine ordered quantities are moving into Others column as shown in the attachment
