Where is the Customer Sell-To Email address set up?

Were is the customer sell-to email address set up?  

We have an email address on the customer card but the sell-to customer email address is something different and we cannot figure out where it is coming from.  We are not using document layouts and we have verified that the contact card is the same as the customer card.

    Hi

    in SO check the contact. This is where Sell-to Contact pulls. If you go to that Contact card you can see the email. 

    Then in Customer card look for contact and see who is default contact in customer card. Then check the email on that contact card.

    Can you provide more info.

    1) Where do you see this behavior? I mean in SO when you go to Print/Send then Send Email? or somewhere else?

    2) If answer to above is yes then when you go to Contact in SO and select a different contact does email change?

    If you go to document layout from the customer card

    Then you get a page where you can define what documents you want to send to specific mail addresses as a part of the sales process.

    Maybe that is the functionality you are looking for?

    Hi, I checked the source code of Sales Header. If there is no manual modification, the sources of "Sell-to E-Mail" in Sales Order are the "E-Mail" on the customer card and the "E-Mail" on the contact card. This is the same as what MahGah mentioned.
