If you don't see the 'Kanban' view option in your Opportunities section in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, here's what you can do:

    • Check User Role: Ensure that your user role has the necessary permissions to access and use the Kanban view. Sometimes, certain roles may not have this feature enabled.
    • View Customization: Verify with your CRM administrator if the Kanban view has been customized or disabled for the Opportunities entity. They may need to enable it in the entity customization settings.
    • CRM Version: Confirm that you are using a CRM version that supports the Kanban view. Older versions might not have this feature.
Here’s an easy alternative! Try Inogic's Kanban Board for your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, it can be a great valuable addition, if you want to enhance your Kanban experience.
    Inogic's solution offers:
    • Flexible Customization: You can customize and configure the Kanban view according to your specific needs.
    • Filter Persistence: Filters remain consistent across different views, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • User-Friendly Interface: The interface is designed for ease of use, enhancing productivity.
    • Dedicated Support: Inogic offers expert support to assist you with any questions or issues.

Inogic's Kanban Board is a great option to consider compared to the native Microsoft’s Kanban view. The Microsoft tool is easy to use, works well with CRM data, and can be customized a bit. Inogic's tool, on the other hand, gives you more options to make it just right for your business. It also works seamlessly with your CRM and is super easy to move things around.
If you want to improve your work and try something new, you might want to check out Inogic's Kanban Board.
If you want to optimize your Kanban view and tailor it to your requirements. Sign up here for a 15-days-free trial and for more information visit website today! You can also email us at crm@inogic.com to book a personalized demo!
So, get ready for a more efficient and user-friendly Kanban Board experience compared to the default CRM options.

    Hi,

The 'Kanban' view is a control that is available for the Opportunity entity in the Advanced Settings.
The steps to add 'the 'Kanban' view' are as follows.
Step 1. Check if you have the security role of system administrator, if not, please contact your system administrator to add this control.
Step 2. Click the Advanced Settings->Customize the system -> Opportunity entity ->Controls tab->Add the Kanban view control. Save and Publish All Customizations.

Step 3. Open Sales Hub, click the Show As button, and you will see the option 'Kanban' view.

For more information about adding the Kanban control to create the Kanban view, please refer to this official document.
