After running the benefits eligibility process, how do you enroll employees identified as eligible?

What do you mean that "enroll employees identified as eligible"? Can you elaborate more about it?
After running enrollment eligibility process, you can check if it is successful in Process results page.

The process results say eligible but the employee does not show up on the plan as enrolled.
Can you see the benefit plan in employee master?
Worker benefit plans is greyed out
Please run benefit enrollment eligibility process again and show me the screenshot of the process result.
Also, please check all the periods to see if you enroll him to a future benefit period when process enrollment eligibility.
