GP 2010, Navigation Pane shortcuts disappearing when changing users

GP 11.00.2292, when initially logging into GP as "sa", the Home page shows all the shortcuts and folders added to the navigation pane.  If I choose to switch user ids, when logging in as the new user (sales2), the navigation pane is blank except for the Home Icon, so all the shortcuts are gone. If I switch user ids back to "sa", all the shortcuts and folders are gone, displaying ONLY the HOME icon.

So if I switch user ids, all navigation shortcuts disappear for every user I try. This happens on multiple computers.

If I log out and back into GP, the navigation shortcuts appear again just fine.  This only happens when switching User IDs from within GP.

I think I've seen this problem before and it was caused by a 3rd party product.  It may have actually been a 3rd party product in conjunction with having the 'Remember this Company' option box checked when logging in.

I would see if you can reproduce the problem with 3rd parties disabled.. and\or without having the 'Remember this Company' option box checked.
