The "customer" field in Campaignresponse is Enumerable of activityparty but when I create a campignresponse in dynamics, I can add only one entry for customer. I am so confused. Please suggest.

Hi Usha,
It indeed is confusing, in the customer field of campaign response can have either an account or a contact or else a lead at any given time. Which means it can hold values from different entities but only one at a time. following are the fields which can hold multiple values at a time, both cross entity or same entity:
To, cc, Bcc in Emails
Required Attendee, Optional Attendee in Appointments

A Campaign response should be made for each individual response and recorded against the Campaign and Customer (Customer in 2011 should be a partylist)
