Redirecting Business Portal

I'm creating a new server farm for Business Portal where there is already an existing farm. This new farm will be pointed to a test database set (system and application) until we are comfortable that it is working as desired. We'd then like to redirect this BP installation to the Production databases. Can anyone tell me where in BP/SharePoint to look for that link?
