PO invoice. Approved the 3 ways matching, posted, but it wouldn't post.

Hi All,

My PO failed the 3 ways matching. I submitted it through the WF and approved it. Then click on Post. Then I got this error message that "...matching errors which must be approved". I already approved. The WF is completed. Am I missing something? Please suggest. Thanks so much!

Looks like your matching errors need to be approved , not by workflow. Go to Review on top . Matching details > Select line where issue is > Go to approval > Approve

Thanks, Saurabh, for your response. I tried that many times, but somehow, this Approve posting with matching disc button can not be dragged to Yes. It seems stuck.

Any other things that I need to look into? Thanks so much!

Hi Saurabh,

I think when the WF is activated, the manual Approval button is disabled. In the past, I didn't think I had to do both. Either the WF or the manual Approve button but not both. This is so weird. I have not seen this before. After I approved the discrepancy, it should allow me to post.
