    Hi m,

Can you elaborate on the exact scenario? I'm not able to understand in what context you need to update the tax details manually. This is usually covered automatically if you have the correct settings in your application.
What type of update are you referring to?

    Hi,
Can you provide more information (such as business scenarios or requirements, etc.) so that we can better solve the problem for you? At this time, the information you have provided is not sufficient to support us in proposing a solution.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

    Hi m,

What exact fields will you update and what fields should be calculated accordingly? You still talk about "update a Sales Order" which is too broad to know exactly what specific fields will be updated. For "update a Sales Order", we might give you about 50 methods to call. For a quantity update, it will be probably only one method.

I am updating following fields on update:

    SalesTable.CustAccount
    SalesTable.Payment

We want to reset the tax and delivery fields. How to achieve it through X++.

Another thing is we dont want to use salesTable.Update() method instead we will use .doUpdate() method.

    Thanks
