ROI.EXE error

At my workplace, employees use MD Dynamics SL to create Purchase Orders. However when they try to print the PO they get an error "ROI.EXE has stopped working". The PO template prints but no data is printed on it.

Any suggestions?

    See if there are any records in the POPrintQueue table. There should not be unless a PO is currently being printed.
