On the opportunity, I have a checkbox where when checked, I want to advanced the opportunity process stage to a specific stage. I built out the workflow on the process stage entity, set the Process changes start when: opportunity field. This works correctly HOWEVER it is an async workflow and requires a refresh of the form to see the new stage reflect.
I want the stage to move right when I update my opportunity field. I thought converting to a real-time workflow would do it, but it seems the Start When: Process changes option does NOT give me fields on the opportunity but only the process stage.
Is there another way to immediately change the BPF stage when a field is updated on the opportunity?

Thanks, conditional branching worked great.
Hi ,
You can also do this using conditional branching.Take a look below article-

You should be able to achieve this programmatically. Following blog can help you understand the various options you have -
Take a look at this for a sample script - community.dynamics.com/.../moving-between-bpf-stages-programmatically
