Chart: Hide empty Category Values

Hi Everybody,

anyone knows a method to hide empty value on Category axis on a Chart? i have filtered the view associated to Chart and now lots of empty value are displayed.

I'm looking for a method using CRM application and without using XML.

Which version of CRM are you using?

Can you clarify (maybe with a screenshot) what you mean by 'empty value are displayed'.

When I filter out categories, they do not appear on the axis so I am interested to see why yours do.

Hi,

I imagine you want to remove "blank" values in charts.

I do not think there is a way to do this at chart level without editting XML.

However you can modify the filters for the underlying view.

Ie if you want a chart "Accounts by Industry".

You could use a view for Accounts that filters out any Accounts where the Industry field does not contain data.

Kindly create a new view, make the filter condition which remove empty values and associate this view with the chart. Thanks.
