Queue Lookup defaulting to Business Queues

Hi

Does anyone know how to prevent the Queue Lookup from defaulting to "Business Queues"?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a Case

2. Click on the "Add to Queue" button

3. Select "Look Up More Records"

4. Lookup is defaulted to "Business Queues"

    Hi Mark

    It is yes but setting the Default view for the Queue entity doesn't seem to have any impact. You can't deactivate this view either as it's not a public view.

    Hi David

    Is Business Queus a view? If so you would change the default view for that lookup
