PM batch Posting Interrupted

Hi all,

I have a user who seems to have posting issues. When he posts PM batches, he gets posting interrupted. This happens often but intermittently - only to this particular user. When he goes to Batch Recovery to recover the batch, he gets error 'Error in save operation on table PM_Transaction_WORK - duplicate key....' I change the BCHSTTUS field to 0 in SY00500 and print the edit list. I get message - This transaction has been posted. So I delete the batch.

I have asked user to use only LAN and not WIFI as there could be connectivity issues.

I have reinstalled GP for him but the error reoccurred.

Finally a new user ID was created for him and we are now monitoring the issue.

I would like to know what has been causing these issues. Has anyone else encountered this?

What is the version of GP that you are using? What operating system does that user have on his/her PC?
