Hi,

I want to get the user session details in Dynamics 365 CRM.

Session details like user login and logout timing details , is user active or inactive if inactive then for how many minutes or hour inactive, current all active users etc.

So is it currently available in Dynamics 365 CRM ? If not then can we build some custom plugin for our requirement . Would custom plugin be possible

Thanks

Regards

Sumit

    Hi partner,

We will use XrmToolBox's "User Audit Viewer" tool.

This is the download page for XrmToolBox: https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/

After downloading and unzipping it, open XrmToolBox.exe.

Connect it to your D365 organization.

Install User Audit Viewer in the tool library.

Open it, click Load Views, then click the user you want to view, select the time range, and you can see their audit activity and find users who last logged-in.

You can also export user login time data.

Also, as ba365guy said, we can review your audit data using reports in Office 365 Security and Compliance Center

    Hello,

you can see who, when and from where your instance was accessed using this fetchXml:
