what exactly is your issue ?
I could not find the delivery reminders in the developement environement nor in nav 2015 client.
as described in MSDN.

maybe it's not included in your license. what kind of license do you use?
Have you tried searching this option in search bar from the NAV client?
Open the development environment and from the Page objects search for Page 431 "Reminder Terms". Do you have it available? Can you run it?
YES i have it available and i can run it.
My issue is setting reminders for vendors .

if the page (object) is available, but not reachable as icon or menu entry in the windows client (rtc), then it could be a failed installation or buggy database.
I do have access to the reminder terms in nav client which are related to the customer, now my problem is setting reminders for vendors.
