How to manually Send SMS in Omnichannel in Dynamics Customer Service

Hi Community Folks,

We have recently provisioned Omni Channel for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and configured the SMS channel with sending SMS Using Twilio Account. 

Currently we should able to send the SMS using the automated way using Power Automate using Twilio Connector. 

My Question is that there is any possibility of sending the SMS as OnDemand by clicking the Send button in the Outbound Message Entity ? I could not locate the Send button in the ribbon.

if there is an option, what i have to do any configuration for this?

I have logged a case with Microsoft and for a week they are still assessing it lol

    We can send SMS manually using the instant-type template sends an outbound message manually to all customers-

    Was Microsoft able to give a resolution to your question? I'm running into the same issue (except I'm using Azure Communication Services), and the only way to successfully send an SMS text is through Flow.  Is there not a way to simply send it from the outbound message?
