Hi Community Folks,
We have recently provisioned Omni Channel for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and configured the SMS channel with sending SMS Using Twilio Account.
Currently we should able to send the SMS using the automated way using Power Automate using Twilio Connector.
My Question is that there is any possibility of sending the SMS as OnDemand by clicking the Send button in the Outbound Message Entity ? I could not locate the Send button in the ribbon.
if there is an option, what i have to do any configuration for this?

I have logged a case with Microsoft and for a week they are still assessing it lol
