Change label name of the module/report

Was wondering if it's possible to manage labels of the various reports visible in the F&O hamburger menu, basically could I rename these? In case of custom reports that were added under section "inquiries and reports" would this be code based or somewhere in the system there's list of all "published" custom reports/forms?

Labels can be changed, but it must be done by developers.

Standard and custom, generally everything that is published in the menu :)

If its a standard one you can extend the menu item and change the label as you want.

If its your custom menu item - No need of extension as you can directly change the label.
