Hi,

I have question, I want to create a new flow which when I'm create a new appointment from contact/account in sales hub, it triggered and send email to the person who received that appointment (usually not the owner. Is that possible?

    Hi Jackie,

Yes, it is possible. When you create the appointment here, the appointment would automatically be regarding to this account or contact. So, you could create a workflow to check if this appointment is regarding to account/contact.

Below is my created workflow, you could have a try:

The condition in the 'Check Condition':

The properties in the 'Send email':

To get started, you will need to create a new flow in Power Automate. You can start by selecting the "Common Data Service" as your trigger, and then selecting the "When a record is created" option. From there, you can choose the "Appointment" entity and specify the conditions that will trigger the flow.

Once the flow is triggered, you can use the "Send an email (V2)" action to send an email to the person who received the appointment. You can use dynamic content to pull in the recipient's email address and other relevant information, such as the date and time of the appointment.
