CRM failure in Outlook

Hello,

A colleague of mine can't connect to CRM via his outlook. This used to work fine, but since yesterday the links to CRM are gone. He get's the following error:

He can't access items 2, 3 and 4 from the picture below.

    Hi sjorswi,

    Only your colleague is having this problem?

    Was his computer updated or the CRM updated but not the CRM outlook client?

    Only your colleague is having this problem?

    Do your colleague have access via browser?

    If yes try to Reconfigure the CRM Outlook client

    www.microsoft.com/.../set-up-crm-for-outlook.aspx

    If dint work, reinstall the CRM outlook client again

    Hello sjorswi,

    For the user for whom it is not working anymore :-

    1. Did we have any Windows updates on his machine?

    2. Is he able to access CRM if he configures his Outlook on another user's machine?

    3. Is another user able to access CRM on your colleague's machine Outlook?

    4. What is the version of the CRM Server and the Client on your colleague's machine ?
