Disable automatic email notifications when creating or modifying cases.

Posted on by 11
In my Dynamics 365 Customer Service environment, my organization has default settings configured to send an email to the contact when a case is created, and also when the case is closed, another email is shared indicating closure along with a satisfaction survey. I want to temporarily disable these emails to modify some old cases without customers receiving emails about those old cases. However, in Power Automate, I can't find the flows.

And these are the flows that are displayed:
But when I go to view my flows or from Power Apps, no flow appears, and I need to disable them temporarily.
I've searched throughout my environment, but I can't find anything related. Could you please help me deactivate these flows temporarily and reactivate them when I want? Thank you
