Disable automatic email notifications when creating or modifying cases.

In my Dynamics 365 Customer Service environment, my organization has default settings configured to send an email to the contact when a case is created, and also when the case is closed, another email is shared indicating closure along with a satisfaction survey. I want to temporarily disable these emails to modify some old cases without customers receiving emails about those old cases. However, in Power Automate, I can't find the flows.
 
This is one of the templates that are sent:
 
 
And these are the flows that are displayed:
 
 
But when I go to view my flows or from Power Apps, no flow appears, and I need to disable them temporarily.
I've searched throughout my environment, but I can't find anything related. Could you please help me deactivate these flows temporarily and reactivate them when I want? Thank you
